The experience we bring to the table goes back to 1979 in Gallatin County, Montana, where a multi-generational ranch sold to developers. There were no guidelines in 1979 for Developers or Managers on how to handle these types of “New” communities. We took a common-sense approach that serves us now as well as it did in 1979. Sometimes, new and improved is not as good as old and reliable.
